Bacio mozzarella
Bacio mozzarella is the standard base cheese. It is the main melting cheese and gives the pizza body without taking over every topping.
Parmesan and feta
Parmesan adds a salty finish. Feta adds a sharper, crumbly note that works well with vegetables, mushrooms and white garlic sauce.
Cheddar
Cheddar adds color and a stronger flavor. Taco Pizza, Garlic Chicken and BBQ Chicken use cheddar as part of the mix.
