Start with Dragon
The Dragon combines salami, pepperoni, olives, jalapenos and bell peppers. The meat and cheese give the jalapeno a full base.
Use Buffalo sauce as the theme
If Buffalo sauce is available in Square, treat it as the main direction. Chicken, onion and cheese can support it without adding a second competing sauce.
Separate heat for a mixed group
Put the spicy order on its own pizza when the table has different heat tolerances. Do not make one pie carry every preference.
